MISAKO - ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

As a general rule, you have 30 days to return your online purchase. You can do so at any of our physical stores (at no cost) or by requesting a home pick-up (with shipping costs on you).

In any case, you can check our general return policy below:

Only those returns of items in perfect condition with their original tags and with the purchase ticket or invoice will be accepted.

No refunds will be made if the product has been used beyond simply opening it.

In the case of perfumes, only those kept in their original packaging and seal will be accepted for returns.

For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of earrings, hair accessories, fake nails, or adhesives are not accepted.

LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

After making a purchase, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after delivery, without needing any justification.

If we receive the return form (which you will find at the bottom of this text) within the 14-calendar-day period, we would appreciate it. We will refund all payments received, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer) no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

CONTRACTUAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In addition to the legally recognized right of withdrawal, we grant you an additional 16 days from the shipping confirmation to return your products.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal as set out in the previous section. However, if you notify us of your intention to withdraw from the contract after the legal withdrawal period and you wish to return any product, you must in any case hand over the goods to us within a month from the product reception.

If we receive the product return and/or the return form after the first 14 calendar days and before the end of the 30 calendar days, we will refund the price you effectively paid for the purchased product(s), but you will not be refunded any delivery costs you may have incurred.

You can make the product return at any MISAKO store in Spain, providing the invoice/delivery note you received with the product or the order confirmation email, or at our central offices, the address of which you will find on the invoice.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where you believe the product is not as ordered or is not compliant, you can contact us through the indicated contact means, providing the product details and the detected fault, and we will tell you how to proceed. We'd appreciate if you provide the order number.

WARRANTY

The legal warranty established in the current regulations applies. MISAKO ensures the conformity warranty of goods purchased on the site. The legal warranty for new products lasts three years from the purchase receipt date.
